TRAVEL WITH PEACE OF MIND
CLEANING: We actively developed rigorous standards in compliance with CDC standards to keep our guests healthy and our homes clean.
NO PHYSICAL CHECK IN: No crowded hotel lobbies, no office check in (go directly to your rental).
COOKING: Cook your own meals in home, even bring your own food from home.
CENTRALLY LOCATED: Breckenridge, CO is centrally located and provides our guests a drivable family vacation opportunity or a short flight into Denver.
POOLS/HOT TUBS: All private hot tubs are open. Shared pools/hot tubs plan to be open for the winter season, but many require reservations. Due to COVID, shared pools/hot tubs may close due to local and state restrictions.

Huge completely remodeled townhome just minutes form town and skiing with a free shuttle stop directly in front of the home. The location of this home provides easy access to all the restaurants, bars and shops on Main Street as well as quick access to the base 9 ski area, Beaver Run Super Chair, Snowflake Lift, and the Breck Connect Gondola via the free shuttle. For those adventurous guests, you can walk to the base 9 area down the road and through a trail in about 10-15 minutes. The living room offers plenty of seating, a wood burning stove, flat screen TV and forested views. There is a very nice modern kitchen which is fully stocked for cooking meals at home. The dining area is large with seating for 8-10. There is a large upper deck with a BBQ and also a second deck with an outdoor private hot tub.



This home has a large king master suite with ensuite 5-piece bath and views. The second and third bedrooms have a twin over queen bunk bed. The forth bedroom has a single bunk bed. The fifth bedroom has a queen bed and a twin over twin bunk with an ensuite full bath. The sixth bedroom has a twin over double bunk bed.

GETTING AROUND:

The property is located in the Warriors Mark neighborhood and is close to town. There is a free shuttle stop directly in front of the property (Breck Free Ride). This bus line services downtown Breckenridge, Peak 9 base area, Beaver Run Super Chair, Snowflake Lift, and the Breck Connect Gondola.



THE SKYRUN ADVANTAGE: All SkyRun Breckenridge properties come stocked with a basic starter package of paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissue, hand/body soap, conditioning shampoo, dish soap, sponge and dishwasher detergent (this is a 3-4 night supply, guests may purchase additional products locally). Each home is equipped with high-end bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and small appliances.

PARKING: Parking in Breckenridge is strictly enforced. To avoid towing or a ticket adhere to posted signs and parking allocations at all times. If you need additional parking for more cars, paid overnight parking is provided by the Town of Breckenridge in two areas of town, 1) south of town at the Stephen West Ice Arena and 2) north of town (also accepts RVs and trailers) at the Airport Road satellite parking lot.

WARNING: 4WD or AWD vehicles required in the winter, snow and ice will be on all surfaces including driveways and roads - no refunds for towing or cars that get stuck. Some homes require 4WD or AWD in the non-winter months due to dirt roads, and uneven surfaces - call for more information about your rental.

COLORADO TRACTION LAW: Starting Sept. and running through May 31 of each year, all drivers on I-70 between Morrison and Dotsero will be required to adhere to the traction law, which requires vehicles to have either four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive with snow or mud+snow-rated tires, or specialized winter tires, chains or other traction devices for cars with two-wheel drive. Ensure you have the correct equipment when driving in Colorado. Talk with your rental car company if you are planning to rent.
