Brand new king-size bed, town centre, close to Loughborough University and Loughborough College. Brand new bathroom and lovely kitchen, off-road parking, wifi, large TV, desk and towels. Completely renovated bathroom completed December 2018.

Long terms stay are now available (1 week - 3 months, please contact me for more info)

Close to the Orange Tree which is probably the best pub in town. Near many shops, bars and takeaways. The university is a 10-15 minute walk or a 5 minute drive.

I don't live in the house so you will either be there yourself or potentially be sharing with one other person in the other room if it is booked. I live quite close by so I can let you in and be available if you have any issues. Typically you can expect to share the bathroom and kitchen with one other person.
