The Retreat: 6 Bedrooms / Sleeps 12
Beautifully furnished Mediterranean style 2 storey villa located in the gated community of Tower Lakes at Calabay Parc. Standing independently, this professionally sanitized home is truly a safe and clean haven to get away from crowds and spend time with family.
The layout of the Retreat Villa consists of a family room with access to the pool deck, a dining area, kitchen, breakfast area and a galley. The master bedroom has its own bathroom and also has access to the pool deck. There are an additional two bedrooms on the ground floor with access to a shared bathroom.
Upstairs are another three bedrooms - a queen with bathroom and two twins which share a bathroom. There is also a bonus area with sofa. Enjoy playing pool, fussball or air hockey in the games room.
Internet is provided for guests to use.
The L shaped pool has a spa and a shower on the pool deck and there is a covered area for dining or shade from the sun. Pool heat is available - please inquire. Gas BBQ rental also available on request.
The gated community of Calabay Parc at Tower Lakes is located just off Hwy 27. You are conveniently situated close to a large WalMart Supercenter and the Posner Park shopping area. The home is 25 minutes drive to Disney, 40 minutes to Universal and 15 minutes to Legoland. There is a wide selection of restaurants and takeaways close by, as well as the Southern Dunes golf course 2 minutes away. Calabay Parc is built alongside a large lake, and offers a fishing pier out over the water – a great spot to watch the sunset after a fun-filled day.
