Apartmt Costa del Sol: 2 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, Built 90 m², Terrace 15 m², in the midst of beautifully kept gardens and two swimming pools, close to golf, port, shops, restaurants, town, sea, marina - 10 minutes away on foot. Linen/towels provided.

L'alloggio

A car free holiday is priceless. This new and modern apartment does not require clients to have a car as everything is accessible on foot! Be it stores, supermarkets, restaurants, the beach front, banks, the golf course or the port/marina, everything can be done on foot!

Size: sleeps up to 4 adults (1 double and 2 twin beds). An extra 5th person (adult) can be accommodated if needed. This needs to be clearly specified when the reservation is made indicating the total number of guests travelling. On top of 5 adults there is also space to accommodate a child (up-to 3 years). A baby cot can be made available for an extra price if needed – this needs to be ordered well in advance as availability is limited, and to be settled separately once onsite.

This is a lovely apartment in a well maintained complex. The apartment is as shown on the pictures with plenty of space for our family of 3 and clean. The kitchen is well equipped and there were a few basics on arrival (washing up liquid, hand soap etc) which is useful. The wifi strength was excellent which was helpful as we had some problems with our flights and needed to check the internet frequently. The complex was fairly quiet during our stay at the beginning of October (perhaps half of flats in use) but there were some other families staying and we were able to use the pools everyday in the sunshine - our son particularly enjoyed being able to play in the kids pool. We regularly saw the grounds being maintained and the complex being cleaned. The area is residential and family friendly with an excellent playpark over the road and a smaller park a few minutes away with a cafe and soft play area (which we didn't try but looked nice). The local supermarket is close by and well stocked and there are also some local cafes nearby which we didn't try but looked nice. The beaches either side of the port area are nice with a few beachside chiringuitos and cafes and plenty of play areas dotted along the seafront. Whilst the beaches and port are walking distance away from the apartment we did find it was a fairly long walk with young children so often drove instead. Michael was very helpful in advance of our stay with queries and the management company were very friendly and helpful when I accidentally locked us out of the apartment! Overall we would recommend this apartment to other guests.

This is a nice apartment in a well maintained complex with a nice pool area. At the end of the season so not many people around at all. The terrace gets plenty of sun and there are 4 longer chairs which you can also take down to the pool area. There are no sun beds so the chairs are the only option for sunbathing unless you put your towel on the grass (can get a bit dirty though!). The apartment is clean and had everything we needed, wi-fi worked well. It's about a 10 min walk to Sabinillas front and 20 mins to Puerto Duquesa where there is a good choice of bars/restaurant.

We went last year and loved it. The kids loved the pool again and just a short trip to the beach. Very secure being a gated community. Air con was a must to cool down before sleeping. Excellent sized apartment and everything is in walking distance. Secure parking underground ensures a cool car. We also took a drive to Ronda this year which is very impressive. Casares is still wonderful. Would definitely recommend and hope to return. Thanks Michael and Air B & B

We had a great time at Michael 's place. The flat was clean, spacious and situated in a nice résidence. We enjoyed the great pool and the car Park was convenient. It is in a walking distance to the beach and the supermarket. It was also a central point on our Day trip to Marbella, Ronda and the pueblos blancos. If we come back to Andalucia, we 'd love to stay again at Michael' s.

un hôte fantastique. Manilva est un endroit très caNous avons Passé un excellent séjour de 7 semaines. L'endroit est vaste, accueillant et très propre. Michael est lme et chaleureux. Par contre, il y a peu d'activité nocturne pour les adultes, quelques bars et discothèques tout au plus. Toutefois, c'est très bien adapté pour des vacances familiales

Nous n'avons pas eu de contact direct avec notre hôte : une agence assurait le relais. Appartement un peu excentré mais tout en présentant un cadre agréable, un accès aisé aux commodités et proche de la mer. Appartement spacieux et bien conçu ; terrasse agréable pour le farniente.

Great hassle free booking process from start to finish. We enjoyed our stay in this apartment, well equipped and very clean in a convenient location, the gardens and pools are beautifully maintained. Would have no hesitation in recommending this accommodation and host to others.
