A clean, comfortable and beautifully outfitted 2 bed 2 bath condo, two house off of the bay, and surrounded by restaurants, shops, watersport activities and more. For the location, access, amenities, this is a great deal.

Nestled discretely in the heart of the Balboa Village area of the Newport Peninsula, this 2-bedroom, 2-bath, 2-story, approximately 1200 sq. ft., home is light, bright, clean, and is just a few houses from the bay front. It will be a great “home base” for your vacation experience in this area - with so many things to do - on land and on sea. SLP12984 10% TOT

A well-appointed great room has a living room area with lots of comfortable seating, a large flat screen, TV, and access to a balcony with a grill for times when meal making needs to be easy.

It is accompanied by a dining table that seats 4, which is next to a breakfast bar in the kitchen that has 4 high-top stools, so everyone can eat or be together when desired. The modern kitchen is open and spacious enough for ambitious cooking projects, should you decide to dine in for the night.

There is a master suite upstairs and another master suite downstairs. One master suite has a king bed, the other a queen. Each bedroom has its own en suite bath with a walk-in shower. This home sleeps 4 comfortably in beds. All bed and bathrooms are furnished with an ample supply of linens and essentials to ensure your comfort.

Amenities include WIFI and YouTube TV (via Fire Stick), a fully equipped kitchen, linens, beach towels, beach chairs and umbrella, automated keypad door lock and stackable washer/dryer for your convenience located on the ground level.

There is also 1 parking space in the garage which is spacious enough to fit all but the largest SUV’s and 1 outdoor space immediately infront of the garage door (watch out for street sweepting days though! The City will ticket you.) There are also many temporary or long-term parking spaces available in a 3-block radius around this home.

This very clean and well maintained home is a great choice for vacationing individuals, couples vacationing together, or small families. Equally ideal for 1-4 people, this home is only two houses off the bay front, deep in the heart of the Balboa Peninsula, with pleasant, beach chic accommodations, will make for a perfect beach town getaway. You may even create memories that will last you a lifetime!


It is a great home-base location as you are just a few houses from the bay and two blocks from the beach. Near the heart of the Balboa Peninsula with all its many happenings - on land and sea, you're sure to experience the best of Balboa.

It is a nicely appointed, clean, home with everything you need to feel nourished and comfortable - important for your beach vacation interlude.


There is no smoking -inside or outside - NO EXCEPTIONS!

This home (like most in this coastal area) does not have air conditioning. However, there is a very efficient fan system that keeps everything cool and a floor air conditioner in the living room ONLY (it is stationary and must not be moved from it's place in the living room).

No Pets. Minimum primary renter age of 25. Photo ID required.

This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting with SeaBreeze Vacation Rentals.

Cleaning Fees - SeaBreeze uses only legal housekeeping companies who are dedicated to paying a living wage and carry all legal insurances as required by law.
