The Luxurious Duplex can sleep up to 6 people. Having recently undergone a full renovation with all contemporary fittings and fixtures, it is now in stunning condition. It has a brand new kitchen, double-glazed windows and converted loft.
The master bedroom features a king-size bed, whilst the remaining two rooms feature twin beds. The third bedroom is in the loft and although spacious, is low in some places on account of the eaves - making it most suitable for smaller adults or children.
Each bedroom comes fully furnished including a wardrobe and bedside tables. There is plenty of storage space for personal possessions. There are two full-size refurbished bathrooms in fantastic condition, featuring luxurious walk-in showers and tiled walls.
The large living area features comfortable seating arrangements in front of a flat-screen TV and full separate kitchen with all necessary cutlery and cooking pots. The kitchen comes fully equipped and features a microwave, oven, dishwasher and toaster. The living area is large and includes a glass dining table large enough to seat everybody.
Please note, this property is not wheelchair accessible. One off-street parking space is available free of charge.

The Luxurious Duplex is a 15-minute drive away from the bustling and vibrant city of Cambridge, famous for its stunning university grounds and numerous tourist destinations such as theatres, museums and cathedrals. The scenic Coleridge Recreation Ground is just around the corner, ideal for exercising or simply relaxing and enjoying the fresh air. A Budgens Supermarket is located a 5-minute drive away.
Local travel links include Cambridge Train Station just a 10-minute walk away, and a bus stop for bus #3 into the city centre just a 2-minute walk away.

The Elegant Duplex is on the second and third floor of an Edwardian house and therefore regrettably is not suitable for Wheelchair users or for individuals who have difficulty climbing stairs.

As the Elegant Duplex has been recently renovated and redesigned, everything in the apartment is brand new and of high quality. We kindly ask everyone to take their shoes off before entering the flat. A shoe rack is provided in the hallway outside the flat, where shoes can be left safely. We expect our guests to respect the space and to take care of everything that has been provided for their enjoyment. There are however some definite 'do-nots' in the property or outside it:
-No noise after 10pm and before 9am
No principle guest under the age of 23 but families with children are very welcome.
The breaking of any of the above rules would result in the loss of deposit, and immediate eviction.
"Please note that check-ins before 15:00 and after 20:00 carry an additional charge of £30, as advertised upon booking. Earliest possible check-in is 12:00 subject to availability. Last possible check-in for this property is 21:00. Arrivals after 21:00 will be turned away without refund."
Standard check-out time is up to 11am. A late check-out may be arranged for at an additional cost of £20 an hour. If you are late checking out without prior agreement, you will be charged £40 an hour.
Check in times for last minute bookings will most likely have a one hour lead time post payment processing and timing is subject to availability.
It may take up to 10 working days for the security deposit to be released back into your bank account.
A security deposit of £150 is required upon arrival for incidentals as a pre-authorisation on your credit card. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
