This is a quaint 600 square feet Back House (Up-Stairs Apartment 2 bedroom 1 Bathroom) with lots of natural light. Centrally located in a friendly, quiet, safe, and desirable neighborhood here in San Gabriel, Approx 10 Miles East of Down Town Los Angeles. The unit is walking distance to public transportation and the new Sheraton Hotel 5 blocks away. Evening strolls are inviting with so much to see and do since the main street “Valley Blvd.” is full of restaurants, shops, bakeries & coffee shops.

The Apartment is a perfect blend between being centrally located to all the action but when it is time to come home and rest, you feel like you are in a far away suburb. Comfortably fits 5 guests. Furnish 2 Bedroom, 1 Private Bathroom, Closet, Refrigerator, Microwave & Stove (no oven).
Kitchen is for light cooking.

Security Gated Property with Gated Drive Way and Security Cameras are located on the outside of the property for Everyones Safety.

Parking: We have a-parking set-up in our gated driveway with remote access with auto close for your convenience when available for 1 car for an additional fee, additional cars will need to park on street and overnight parking fee is $4.00 a day.

NO SMOKING IN THE UNIT! SUBJECT TO ADDITIONAL CLEANING FEE'S

Also guest staying longer than 30 days will need to fill out a rental application and tenant screening application at no cost to Guest. We also Supply you a Home Guide that we encourage our Guest to review (Most items on listed may seem common sense and may not pertain to you but if its on the list its because its happened).

Through time of sharing this APARTMENT with others, I have found that if everyone simply cleans up after themselves and is overall a decent person it can be an amazing environment to live in. We have made many friendships through sharing this space with once strangers that I know we will have for the rest of my life and hope to share a similar experience with you!
