Altre cose da evidenziare
Although the accommodation inside the lodge is on one level, we regret that the lodge is not suitable for those who have difficulty with steps. Due to the topography of the site, there are 4 shallow concrete steps and 3 wooden steps unto the balcony level from the parking area.
Wi-fi is provided at no extra charge (however a fair usage policy is applied by the provider). The broadband speed achieved is dictated by the provider, rural location and line capability, so are outside our control - we do not accept responsibility for it¹s speed or reliability.
No groups under 21 years of age, or hen or stag parties.
These are basic common sense so should be no problem. The short version:
Guests will need to provide their full name, address, age and landline number when booking.
As the lodge is constructed entirely from timber (Cedar) there is a strict no naked flames policy: so sorry but no-smoking, no candles and no barbecues in the lodge, on the balcony and on the deck. Don't worry though, there is lots of space in the garden to hold barbecues.
The lodge must be left clean and tidy - in the same way you find it.
All cookware, pots, pans, cutlery and crockery must be washed dried and put away.
All rubbish, litter and waste must be removed on departure as, due to the rural location, there is no bin collection.
Dogs are welcome (by prior arrangement only) but please remember they are not allowed in the bedrooms or on the furniture. They must not be left alone in the lodge and all dog poop must be removed from the property prior to departure. Dogs must be up to date with vaccinations and worming treatments. And be treated for fleas and ticks during their stay. Payment for dogs to be left on departure please.
As we are in a rural area we have a septic tank: no nappies, wipes, cotton buds, sanitary towels, cotton wool etc down the toilet please.
