This amazing 84sqm apartment gives our guests a true city living experience. Magnificent views of Table Mountain and the city, as well as being conveniently close to all the trendy bars, restaurants, night clubs and the "famous" Long Street.

The apartment is on the 3rd floor of a small block. There is a lift.
Secure parking is available on request.

About Us
We are a professional couple who work weekdays & love traveling and meeting other travelers. We use Airbnb exclusively when we are traveling abroad for holiday and business and love the experience.
We enjoy walking our dogs on Table Mountain and often hike up the mountain.

From The Airport
We suggest a cab (Uber is great in Cape Town) as the easiest and quickest option if you have a lot of luggage (around R300) MyCiti buses also work well.

We are a phone call away.
Personal meet and greet may be determined by the guests - please let us know if you prefer to be checked in by us and we will do our very best to be there when you arrive.
If we are not available to meet you personally, the keys will be left with the security guard in the foyer/entrance.
If you are parking your car in the garage, once you have collected your keys go around the corner into New Church Rd where the entrance to the parking garage is. Parking Bay No. 39 is for your use. You will find it on your right as you enter the garage.

Juste au top !!! On a rendus visite à mes grands parent au Cap et choisissons toujours un appartement des les alentour de City Boll car c'est l'endroit le plus accessible à pier, de plus il on garage sécuriser pour poser la voiture sans souci. Le logement est spacieux et à tout ce dont on à besoin en plus d'une magnifique vue sur Table Montane ! Les restaurants et bar sont qu'à 3 minute à pier !! ;-) Malgré cela, l'appartement est très calme ^^ Bon séjour !!!

Its been very nice staying at Debi and Ian's Place... We loved that so many hip and stylish coffes and bars were just around the corner, as well as the area was very safe! Can recommend it a 100%

the place is perfect located for exploring cape town. its realy sexy in the city...

We had a great time at Debi and Ian's place! The location is perfect with all the cool spots just round the corner. Debi made sure we had everything we need and the communication was very good. And the view with Devils Peak and Tabke Mountain was stunning!!

Debi's and Ian's place is amazing! It's situated in a very good neighbourhood of Cape Town in a walkable distance to supermarkets, many bars and restaurants (Bree and Long Street). Although it's quite central it was absolutely quite during night time. The apartment itself is very stylish and beautifully furnished. The big windows brighten up the whole room and you have a fantastic view on the table mountain! You'll find everything in the well equipped kitchen and will be surprised by many little thoughtful touches! Everything was sparkling clean! We really felt like home. The communication with Debi was very good. When we had a concern, Debi did everything to find a solution for it! There are many useful city maps, guides and local tips which will help you to carefully organise your stay in and around Cape Town. We can highly recommend Debi's and Ian's place and we will be happy staying there once again.

Great location for the city centre and easy enough to drive/Uber (v.cheap) out of town for beaches, gardens etc. The apartment is close to numerous cool cafes/restaurants and boasts an amazing view of Table Mountain. We felt at home the moment we walked in and feel like the location allowed us to experience the culture like locals.
