Si trova vicino ai sentieri per motoslitte e ai percorsi per fuoristrada. Vicino a molti laghi, fiumi e all'area ricreativa del fiume Rifle. A pochi chilometri da terreni statali dove è possibile cacciare e raccogliere funghi. C'è un ampio cortile per ospitare i tuoi camion e rimorchi, da cui partire per le tue escursioni. È stato recentemente ristrutturato, ma conserva ancora alcuni elementi originali. Situato a pochi minuti anche da Rose City!

Built with many unique features: log cabin room with vaulted ceiling, log walls in kitchenette/upstairs small dinette seating area and log wall in sunroom. Carriage style Barn doors, from grandparents old chicken coop. The metal stair railing designed & laser cut with pine trees. Downstairs walkout basement has concrete log beams & posts, as well as some concrete tree branches. Trails are for quiet travel only, no motors.
