Close to many beaches, parks, bike trails, light house tours, historical sights, & concert venues. Plenty of restaurants & activities in town. Easy access from ferry. Watch the sunrise from the shared court yard, furnished with lounge & dining seating. Peaceful, well appointed, & comfortable.

Luxurious studio apartment with fully equipped kitchenette, spacious bathroom with large claw foot tub, and luscious bedding. The studio is the entire English basement of my home overlooking the bay, with radiant heated floors, located one mile from the ocean beaches. You have your private entrance and have the studio to yourself. I live upstairs. Bikes and kayaks available. Dogs are welcome (no more than 2 medium-sized dogs, and no other pets, sorry).
