Lo spazio abitativo inferiore è di oltre 93 metri quadrati e si trova al piano inferiore della nostra casa ranch. È molto tranquillo e privato. La porta d'ingresso è condivisa e dista solo 2 passi dall'ingresso dell'alloggio Airbnb. Siamo a 5 minuti dalla I-280/I-74, vicino all'Augustana College, a John Deere, al Rock Island Arsenal, ecc. Accogliente appartamento con cucina e zona pranzo, ampio bagno privato, soggiorno con zona pranzo, divano letto e futon, grande camera da letto e una seconda camera da letto/palestra. Parcheggio gratuito nel nostro vialetto e connessione internet ad alta velocità.

Il monolocale con 2 camere da letto è di circa 65 metri quadrati e vanta un letto matrimoniale Murphy e un letto futon che si converte in un letto singolo/matrimoniale. Tutto è stato rinnovato con nuovi elettrodomestici, lavatrice e asciugatrice. Bella cabina doccia a pavimento. Questo piccolo cottage è una casa storica di Rock Island. Immerso tra le grandi case vittoriane, è stato costruito nel 1879 e ha ospitato vari lavoratori, da un fabbro a un tappezziere! Situato a pochi isolati dal fiume Mississippi, offre la possibilità di passeggiare lungo una pista ciclabile asfaltata con splendide viste. La sera potrai goderti la vivace vita notturna, con musica e un teatro con cena! Questo piccolo cottage storico è ottimo per una notte veloce, ma perfetto per riunioni di classe, matrimoni e il John Deer Classic!
