The meeting point will be in a public and open area in front of the sea, in a suggestive place that will inspire you. Remember: humans are made to move their bodies with music: everyone can dance; the only thing that stops you is shame. That's why the experience will be lived in a funny and comfortable way. Technically, you will discover some tips that will allow you to dance like real salseros. You will learn the basic and advanced steps of salsa and bachata and you will learn how to coordinate it if you want to dance in couple or not. If your partner is someone who you live with then you can practice couple dance with him/her. Other things to note: In the case of rain, the experience can not be done. I can postpone the time or the day. Is better in couples. No dance experience needed.

Después iremos a nuestro restaurante para catar nuestro vino tinto, Llantén (variedades locales y foráneas) maridado con delicias locales. Descubre uno de los mejores ''SURF SPOT" en la isla de Gran Canaria, donde solo los locales conocen para disfrutar de una buena sesión de surfing en la ciudad de Las Palmas de GC en la famosa Playa de Las Canteras. Haremos una introducción al material de surfing y su manejo en el agua para surfear las olas . Con un calentamiento iniciamos la actividad y con los conocimientos básicos teórico-practico fuera del agua. Adaptándome siempre a la necesidad de los participantes. Una vez ya preparados saltaremos al agua para disfrutar de las olas, cálida y temperatura del agua de las Islas Canarias. Practicaremos la técnica y disfrutaremos de una sesión en las mejores condiciones de olas y que la sesión sea amena y segura para todos. Terminaremos con una sesión de estiramientos ya fuera del agua para relajar el cuerpo y vuelta a la calma. Habrá un sesión de fotos!! Para la máxima seguridad los grupos son reducidos de hasta 6 personas , consiguiendo dar una completa atención a los participantes con un experimentado Instructor y surfista local. Es imprescindible tener vehículo propio para llegar al punto de encuentro. No hay transporte público y el taxi puede ser muy caro. Nos reuniremos en el centro de la isla en medio de un paisaje de montañas. Para llegar a este lugar no hay opciones de transporte público en la noche, por lo que recomendamos que alquiles un coche. De este modo también te aconsejaremos algunos lugares que visitar en el centro de la isla. Desde aquí comenzaremos una ruta por parte del Camino de Santiago de Gran Canaria, el trekking más famoso de la isla. Llegaremos a uno de los lugares más icónicos de Tejeda, la Ventana del Nublo. En este mágico lugar contemplaremos el atardecer con vistas al Roque Nublo y al Teide y hablaremos sobre conceptos básicos de astronomía mientras el cielo se oscurece. Tras esto, podremos observar el cielo nocturno, identificar constelaciones, planetas y la Vía Láctea. Se servirán unos aperitivos y bebida caliente mientras observas el cielo. L'esperienza di 90 minuti si svolge in 30 minuti sulla pista, tra l'assegnazione dei cavalli, norme di sicurezza e la spiegazione dell’equitazione basica per montare a cavallo, e in un'ora a piedi tra colline, calanchi e campi attraverso la vista panoramica sulla costa tra Telde e Gando. La passeggiata è divertente grazie alle salite e alle discese sulla sabbia rossa tipica della zona di Ojos de Garza. Scoprirai paesaggi tipici delle Canarie che si possono ammirare solo a cavallo, con le sue piante autoctone e la fauna selvatica come conigli, perdici, lucertole e aironi!

Tras reunirnos en el punto de encuentro, nos trasladarnos al lugar de comienzo, nos equiparemos con el material de seguridad necesario para vivir una experiencia de barranquismo en Gran Canaria, con total seguridad. Descenderemos por el cauce del agua, teniendo que caminar, destrepar, rapelar o saltar cuando lleguemos a cascadas. Todo esto en un precioso entorno, que no nos dejará indiferentes. La mejor forma de conocer los rincones de la isla, y de donde te llevarás impresionantes fotos, para que las compartas con tus amigos y familiares. Realizaremos 5 rápeles de entre 5 y 20 metros de altura. Luego descansaremos al término en la zona de picnic ( incluido ) y retornaremos por un sendero de ascenso de unos 45 min. Después de presentarnos lo primero que haremos es aprender a controlar el kayak en la playa. Es una experiencia bonita y fácil para sentir el océano de una manera diferente. Iremos con chalecos salvavidas y en grupo, por lo que no tienes de qué preocuparte. La costa de Gran Canaria esconde preciosos lugares que te harán sentir como en una película de piratas. No es solo remar, sino descubrir un océano debajo de ti. Cuando la ruta en kayak acaba, cogeremos los equipos de snorkel y descubriremos el mundo subacuático para aprender más sobre el fondo y los peces que habitan aquí.

Ascender por una via Ferrata es una de esas cosas que debes hacer en la vida. Un reto vertical de casi 100 metros de altura a través de las rocosas montañas del sur de Gran Canaria con vistas a las dunas de Maspalomas y sus barrancos. La Via Ferrata Tigotan debe su nombre a los aborineges canarios, que llamaban asi al cielo. Un recorrido lleno de cuevas y con sombra que hará de esta experiencia una aventura que no podrás parar de recordar. Para esta aventura no es necesaria experiencia previa ni una gran fuerza. Los peldaños de metal y la línea de vida te facilitarán la travesía, siempre supervisada por un guía profesional que te ayudará y explicará en todo momento. Al llegar a lo más alto podrás ver las dunas de Maspalomas antes de volver al punto de inicio, donde podrás darte un baño refrescante para terminar la aventura en una de las playas más tranquilas del sur de la isla.

Presentamos una cata basada en los quesos artesanos canarios en La Playa de Las Canteras, en pleno corazón de la ciudad de Las Palmas. Cataremos 10 quesos de las distintas islas, acompañados por una copa de cava y otra de vino tinto.
