The wine tasting will take place in our ancient cellar where we keep our organic Catalanesca white and Aglianico red wine produced from the grapes grown in our own vineyards. For this reason, it will be necessary to conduct a small briefing before going into the woods, a sacred place for truffle hunters. During the hunt, I will tell you about the truffle, the magic of its traditions, its history, mythology, and uses in the kitchen. You will learn how to recognize and distinguish a good truffle from other fake "truffles" of inferior quality. After the hunt, we will return home for a scheduled lunch or dinner, based on fresh, real truffles and served with our own wine and extra virgin olive oil. We start by me coming to pick you up anywhere you are, ( Rome City) Then we go to visit the most beautiful squares in the world, churches, monuments and hills eg, Piazza Venezia, Piazza di Spagna, Piazza Navona, Pantheon, Campo di fiori Trastevere Fontana di Trevi, via del corso via condotti, via del anima, via del governo vecchio, piazza del Figo, circo massimo, il buco della serratura, San pietro Vatican, Gianicolo, Pincio. Then we stop to have the best coffee in Rome in a very popular bar, we drink a glass of wine from the bottle that waits for us in a picnic basket behind the car and then the famous Italian ice cream. We drive through the romantic alleys where many shops are located , in the air we can smell the inviting aroma coming out the restaurants that serve typical Roman dishes. At each place, we will get pictures taken by the staff or from me. Each stop will be 10-15 minutes and the guests are free to visit the locations alone if they wish so.. Then we'll prepare the sauce using ingredients from our farm, in particular our organic vegetables. After making the tagliatelle and ravioli , it will be time to make the typical Italian cake 'tiramisù' following the recipe of my great grandma. We are now ready to enjoy a delicious dish of handmade tagliatelle accompanied with a nice glass of our organic wine and finally the amazing tiramisù. This experience also includes a pice of our homemade limoncello. All the food will be prepared and served with our own organic extra virgin olive oil. With my small open and comfortable 6 meter motor boat, exclusively for you, we're going to enjoy the sunset in the lagoon, in my opinion the best time to appreciate it, starting from the residential area of Cannaregio, and then sailing to the northern lagoon in the Burano and Torcello area, where you can admire colors and a pristine lagoon, tasting a prosecco doc from our area. In the northern lagoon we will discover unexpected corners, in the area near Burano, breathtaking views and a magnificent sunset view over Venice, until our return to our meeting point.

Osserverete come lavorano i cani addestrati alla ricerca dei tartufi e la passione con cui lo fanno, essendo questa un'attività molto gratificante per loro. A seconda del periodo attraverseremo diversi tipi di boschi e il punto d'incontro potrebbe cambiare. La caccia al tartufo è accessibile anche ai bambini (i miei cani saranno felici di giocare con loro!). Dopo la caccia al tartufo sarete miei ospiti per un pranzo a base di piatti tipici con tartufo fresco. Il menù è molto vasto quindi vi consiglio di fare una colazione non troppo abbondante! Abbiamo anche menù per vegetariani, celiaci, vegani e possiamo cambiarlo anche in base alle vostre allergie o intolleranze. Durante il pranzo avremo modo di parlare tra di noi e conoscerci meglio, sorseggiando del buon vino e mangiando tartufi freschi di stagione. Altre cose da tenere a mente: - sono richiesti pantaloni lunghi e comodi (le caviglie devono essere coperte). - suggerisco anche di indossare un paio di scarponi. Se non li hai, anche le scarpe da ginnastica vanno bene.

Insieme scopriremo le Colline del Prosecco ... luoghi incantevoli dove ho trascorso la mia infanzia correndo liberamente tra i vigneti! Al mattino, insieme a mio marito Carlo, visiteremo una cantina situata in una zona con uno splendido scenario, dove impareremo tutti i segreti della produzione del vino Prosecco e degusteremo alcuni bicchieri di questo famoso spumante! Visiteremo poi un autentica osteria sperduta in mezzo alle colline dove potrete gustarvi un aperitivo ammirando i vigneti ed ascoltando il delizioso canto degli uccelli! Visiteremo poi una seconda cantina. Lì incontreremo dei cari amici che gestiscono un'azienda vinicola DOCG di altissima qualità e producono vini utilizzando antichi vitigni e tanta tanta passione! Nella nostra osteria a conduzione familiare gusteremo un pranzo tipico e locale. I piatti della tradizione sono preparati ancora utilizzando le ricette della nonna ed il famoso piatto tipico della zona, lo "spiedo", cuoce lentamente vicino al fuoco! Tutti i dolci sono fatti in casa da mio fratello e sono davvero una dolce conclusione di un delizioso pasto di 4 portate! Infine, solo in estate (da aprile ad ottobre), ci sarà la possibilità di godere di un'esperienza unica: un picnic in una splendida area sperduta nel cuore dei vigneti.

We'll visit the gardens to gather ingredients for our lunch, which we'll prepare together. You'll find out how traditional Tuscan cuisine is simple, fresh, and delicious. Depending on the season, we might pick grapes, olives, wild asparagus, wild herbs, or even hunt for prized white truffles in autumn. During lunch we will taste our red and rosé wine together with our extra virgin cold pressed olive oil. After lunch you're welcome to kick back in the garden, take a swim in our 20 meters infinity pool filled with salted water (the pool is open form May to September), or stroll up to see a remote little church.
