I highly recommend "Chevre Heaven" as an appetizer.
The duck is one of my favorite entrees, although I recommend you substitute the strange baked starchy side dish, with mushroom risotto. Also request the fresh cherries as topping instead of dried.
They also make a superb steak, and terrific salads.

This is a terrific spot for homemade soups, organic salads, and raw juices, as well as a variety of vegetarian and vegan options. However, my two favorite sandwiches are the "Bah Mi" with pork belly, and the lamb burger on grilled panini.

Just plain GOOD COFFEE. You will get a taste of Port Townsend culture here. It's a favored hang out for local writers/artisans. The baristas are always friendly, and the quiches/desserts all worth sampling.
