La Place is a good restaurant to grab a drink or a simple dinner. The service is warm, friendly, and fast. Not fancy, just well executed. It was lovely to sit in the cafe, enjoy our meal and watch Paris walk by.

Parc Monceau dates back to the 17th century and is today it is one of the most elegant gardens in Paris. Visitors can enter through the great wrought iron gates embellished with gold. Walking around the park, you’ll find many beautiful surprises: numerous statues, a Renaissance archway belonging to the former Paris City Hall, spectacular trees, a wide variety of birds and a large pond.

With about an inventory of ten thousands pieces ranging from ancient bronzes (14th B.C. - 3rd A.D.) and burial figures (3rd B.C. - 12th A.D.) to rare buddhist sculptures (5th - 11th A.D.), the Cernuschi museum collections are internationally famous.
