Sightseeing
There is lots to see around Polperro.
The South West Coast Path to Polruan is very close to the cottage- walk through the little wood ( Brackenside) and you will soon reach the path. Turn right for Polruan, left to walk to the natural swimming pool, Net Loft and harbour. For the pool.follow the steps with the metal balustrade. It gets uneven and rocky so you need good footwear.
For the Looe stretch of the path go into the village and follow the path to the left ( The Warren) An easy ish 45 munute walk will take you to Talland Bay and from there another couple of hours takes you to Looe. You can get a bus or boat back.
There are boat trips from Polperro harbour, either half hour trips or trips to Looe and Fowey. I highly recommend this.

A brilliant beach with a great cafe. Walk along the coastal path toards Looe and you are at Talland in around half an hour.
