I love the food at this small busy restaurant - the massaman curry is incredibly good. It’s not for everyone as you cannot book a table and can be waiting up to 2 hours to get in at peak times (they call you when your table is ready), we’d recommend going first and getting on the waiting list before having a pre dinner drink! Also they do deliver whatever you order quickly and all at once so don’t make the mistake we did first time and order a feast!! They do allow you to eat a course and then order another course which negates this.

Host of the G7, it’s a cracking view for a drink and some food (and a paddle before or after!). It’s a 10 minute walk down the hill - only warning is you do pay for the view here!

Viewable from the Airbnb - it's a short walk to Knills monument and the views are superb across the Peninsula. You can catch some great sunrises and sunsets here.

Although it’s a 30-45 mins drive, it offers a unique experience if you like theatre. We personally love a matinee on a balmy afternoon. If you want a more dramatic show then the evenings offer a unique atmosphere (take plenty of clothing as no matter what the weather says - it does get cold once the sunsets), also we'd recommend hiring the padded seats, you're back back and bum will thank you!

Public Transport
We’re fortunate to be only 2 mins walk from a bus stop that has buses to/from St Ives - Penzance every 30 mins. There’s also various other routes that always end up in St ives (if heading that way). Including the Atlantic Coaster which takes the scenic route to Lands End. For St Ives, we love taking the train - it’s a bit further (8-10 min walk) but the line follows the coast path so you get the fabulous views and scenery; plus, it’s only £1 single so much cheaper than the bus!!)
