Floyd in the Flesh in concert. Friday 1st October 2021 7.30 pm. “Floyd in the Flesh?” is an eight piece tribute to one of Britain’s greatest bands, Pink Floyd. The band members are all passionate Floyd fans and have worked hard to perfect the unique sound of Pink Floyd. Playing songs from albums such as Dark side of the moon, Wish you were here, Animals, Meddle, Division Bell, The Wall and more, there is something for all fans. Friday 5th November 2021 7.30 pm. Whole Lotta Led are five musicians dedicated to performing the music of Led Zeppelin with skill, passion and respect. Now in their twenty-fourth year they are the longest running, professional tribute to the music of Led Zeppelin with their customary two and half hour shows receiving acclaim from Zeppelin lovers the length and breadth of the UK and abroad. Since their formation in 1996 the band have continually led the field of Zep tributes and with over 1,500 shows to their name they have performed ‘Stairway To Heaven’ more than any other band in the world – INCLUDING Led Zeppelin. Tickets £18 ROCKETMAN: The Elton John Tribute. Friday 12th November 2021 7.30pm. ROCKETMAN Live show is not just dressing up in a crazy costume and mimicking a pop icon. It is master musician Lee Quinney bringing the music of Sir Elton John to life – a true concert experience of some of the greatest rock & roll music ever created. Energy, costuming, brilliant virtuoso playing and singing….. it’s all there. Offering a captivating performance, that will pay homage to this legend. This show will feature a catalogue of great hits ranging from Rocket Man and I’m Still Standing through to Candle in the Wind, Can You Feel the Love Tonight and Your Song. EVERYTHING and more you expect from an Elton John concert. Tickets £10 Nikki Kitt: An Evening of Mediumship with Psychic Medium. Friday 19th November 2021. Psychic Medium Nikki Kitt is a Spiritualist Medium who is currently touring the UK with her successful Psychic / Mediumship Evenings. Nikki aims to provide evidence of life after life by getting links from loved ones in spirit for people in the audience with amazing accuracy in descriptions, personalities and all sorts of personal information.. to give both confirmation and comfort. I have been aware of spirit my whole life and so have no doubt that we carry on after this physical life. Tickets £11 The FLEETWOOD MAC Songbook. Saturday 20th November 2021 7.30pm. ‘The Fleetwood Mac Songbook’ is made up of six experienced musicians who are dedicated to recreating the magical sounds of one of music’s most enduring groups – Fleetwood Mac ! During their dynamic, hit packed show you can expect to hear well loved songs from all eras of FM’s incredible 50+ year career … Go Your Own Way, Little Lies, Dreams, The Chain (the Formula One racing theme song), Don’t Stop, Everywhere, Rhiannon, Seven Wonders, Oh Well, Big Love. From the 60’s ‘Blues’ incarnation of the band with front man, Peter Green, through the 70’s massive, multi million selling ‘Rumours’ album and slick 80’s, hit single packed production, ‘Tango In The Night’ this is a popular show for all ages and the urge to get up and dance always proves to be irresistible ! Tickets £15 The Johnny Cowling Christmas Show. Thursday 16th December 2021. 8.00pm. Popular entertainer and singer Johnny will once again be coming to Lane on the Thursday in the week before Christmas with his usual mix of fun and a bit of music. Early booking is recommended as this show does tend to sell out. Advance Tickets £12 Both The Countrymen and Johnny Cowling played to full houses, albeit limited to 50% capacity, and by the time “Black Velvet”, playing at our Irish theme evening at the end of July get to entertain, then all restrictions will have been removed (fingers crossed). Certain Covid precautions will doubtless have to be maintained but we will know more after July 19th! One event postponed from June is “Songs from the Shows” which will now take place on Saturday 21st August and we look forward to meeting The New Jersey Boys (Four Seasons tribute), Jemini Acoustic (Country & Western) and Play it Cool (Rock & Roll) who will keep things moving during the main holiday period. Our late (and only, thanks Covid) Summer play, “Ten Times Table” by Sir Alan Ayckbourn, is now in rehearsal and goes up on September 8th for its 3 week, 9 performance, run. This play played to packed houses when it toured, professionally, in 2019 and we hope to emulate this with a cast containing some familiar names alongside new faces. Details of all these events, and others leading up to Christmas and into 2022, can be found below where online booking is recommended as many of these shows will sell out quickly.

We have ramped the budget right up, with the simple goal of making it the best show Newquay town has ever seen. With lots of extras: 3 Massive Outdoor Bars BBQ, Hog Roast & Burrito Bus Live Band & DJs VIP Viewing Area Fire breathers & Entertainment After Party Plus we will be raising money for mental health support programs, which are carried out in the centre weekly.
