This is an absolute must. The nature baths are open every day of the year and my all time favorite time is to visit int he winter time. An open air bathing in the cool air is a magical experience.

Make sure to order the sushi pizza. Service is horrible but the great food make up for it. Especially if you like sushi.

I highly recommend the brunch in the weekends, especially in connection with the swimming pool next door or a light dinner when arriving to town and there is no energy to cook for yourself.

For tours of various kinds, I would highly recommend Saga Travel. They are simply worth it with knowledge staff and friendly attitude. I have taken several tours with them myself with foreign friends.
