Check out the map, as we’ve included suggestions that are within walking distance and some that are further out. We update it regularly as we discover new spots. Some of the suggestions are mainstream and touristy, others are hidden gems off the beaten path. Hope these help you experience the popular and historic sites of our city, and if you want a more authentic experience, some of our unique and local essence.

No battles were fought in Valley Forge, but the time the Continental Army spent here went down as one of their most trying periods. Walk up the street from your stay and take a calming stroll down Baring Street. It is definitely one of my most lovely streets in the neighborhood and Philadelphia. You will appreciate the architecture in this oasis after a busy day in Center City.
