Arguably some of the best BBQ in the city and we know how bold of a claim that is! Brisket sandwiches are out of this world! You will have to get their early as there is ALWAYS a long line. If you love meat...get in line!

What can't Lou's do?! They have great breakfast tacos (Lambert's Brisket!!), lattes, for the morning. At night they have wine bottles to go, delicious frozen custard, and late night treats. We love going to Lou's for a quick late night snack and drink!

I love this place, its the first place I went to after moving to East Atx. BBQ is on point, they have legit tacos and BBQ options. They also have Fróze on tap and my ultimate favorite painkillers. You can easily sit here for hours with great food, great drinks, and a great atmosphere!

They also have Fróze on tap and my ultimate favorite painkillers. You can easily sit here for hours with great food, great drinks, and a great atmosphere!

Want to put on your fancy pants and have an incredible authentic Italian cuisine, Juniper is your spot. Great Italian eating but just a heads up the portions are smaller. So if you are like me and need Texas sized portions, this place may not be for you. But we for sure recommend!

AKA Dirty 6th, turns out it's not that dirty any more. East 6th still has some of the legendary bars and stops that earned the name Dirty 6th. There has been a lot of recent investment into this side of town. My wife and I often walk up and down East 6th with absolutely no worries. There are quite a bit of homeless people, but thats just Austin.
East 6th has quite a few new bars, breweries, and restaurants. There is not a bad spot on the street!

Rent a Jet Ski from Epic Lake Rentals (Marshall) he is great. Ride the jet skis up and down the river, its incredible sightseeing.
