We think this is the best Thai in the area, fresh and authentic cuisine. Vegetarian options are a delight. If you’re thinking this might be worth a visit, book in advance as walk ins just don’t happen as it’s so popular.

Community Cinema with the latest releases, restaurant and coffee shop. Well spaced out and super comfortable you will enjoy a film that little bit more knowing that the Depot was designed and built on environmentally responsible principles, with a determination to create a venue with the lowest possible impact. Cinemas use a lot of energy so their priority was to research sustainable energy sources. Depot is unique in its investment in a Ground Source Heat Pump (GSHP) which involved boring twelve pipes to a depth of 200m and serves as a geothermal heating and cooling system.

Lewes Bonfire Night is the biggest 5th of November celebrations in the world - totally transforming the usually peaceful town of Lewes. There are more than 30 processions through the narrow streets, starting at around 5 p.m. and going all night. Each procession has their own traditions, costumes, bonfires, fireworks and fire displays. The friendly rivalry between the processions keeps the night interesting, as they spend the whole year preparing in advance.
