Exit Ocean Ave and walk 100 ft north (left when facing ocean view) to find our access to the private end of East Matunuck Beach. The RI State Beach official begins about half way. Yes you can walk from private beach onto state beach as well. Enjoy the sun & surf. If you have small children and want a lifeguard close by you can set up your beach chairs near the RI State Lifeguards. No fee for private access from house.
