Mystic Museum of Art is a museum of American art at 9 Water Street in Mystic, Connecticut. The Mystic Art Association, an organization of artists who painted in the seacoast town, was founded by Charles Harold Davis in 1913.

Established in 1881, B.F. Clyde’s is the oldest steam powered cider mill in the United States. Season starts in September with sales of hard ciders and apple wines, jams, jellies, local honey, maple syrup, fudge, and what many people call “The best sweet cider on Earth!” Also available in the Fall are apples, apple pies, pumpkin bread, gourds, Indian corn, pumpkins, candy apples, kettle corn and apple cider donuts.

Parks, Beaches & Nature
The Mystic River Park sits just southeast of the Bascule Bridge and has a green and boardwalk for sitting and fishing. Concerts in the park are scheduled in the summer.

DPNC, located on the Denison Homestead, is a wildlife sanctuary with over 8 miles of hiking trails, a natural history museum and an educational facility. They have a nature preschool and a nature center store. Open year round, 7 days a week. DPNC is heavily involved with preservation and maintenance of land throughout the area.

There are several very quaint, small beaches in the Noank area. This is the easiest to find. Wonderful, quiet, and only a 5 mile drive from any of our Mystic locations!
