Chuang Yen Monastery needs to be experienced to be fully understood. I've been here in the past, but each visit brings a new sense of understanding. The largest Buddha statue in this part of the country is as impressive as the strolls you may take in solitude and quiet. There are a number of other tranquil areas on the grounds of this monastery. It's a chance to learn as well as experience.
