In the sunny valley of Zell am See - Kaprun, in a typical Alpine village of Niedernsill, we run our guest house Pension Gassner. We offer our guests comfortable single, double and triple rooms with breakfast and self-catered apartments for up to four or five persons, all with balconies. Al Gufo Nero

Appartamento appena ristrutturato, con splendida vista sulla valle. La casa è ricavata dalla ristrutturazione di un vecchio “stavolo” carnico, una stalla dove riposavano gli animali e si faceva asciugare il fieno raccolto. Il Gufo Nero è un cottage adatto ad una vacanza rilassante da passare ammirando il panorama sulle Alpi carniche e sorseggiando un buon vino friulano, davanti al caminetto da cui fu salvato un gufo caduto per sbaglio e annerito dalla fuliggine.

Il Kordiler è una grande casa antica su due piani, tutta in legno e in pietra , con un'immensa vetrata sul bosco. E' arredata con mobili antichi e sprigiona il fascino irresistibile che solo le cose antiche sanno offrire. Vicina alle piste da sci, può ospitare fino ad 8 persone, con due bagni, cucina funzionale e ampio tavolo da pranzo. Offre una zona relax con divano e poltrone e zona studio con scrivania , ampio terrazzo coperto e giardino.
