Welcome to enjoy your holiday in Rovaniemi and be our guest. Cozy 50m2 apartment of a familyhouse by a river: Kitchen, livingroom with sleeping loft, bathroom, balcony, underground sauna and jacuzzi (extra price), barbecue and parking place. There are four beds (one double and two singles) and if necessary baby's bed. Apartment is located in a peacefull familyhouse area and it takes 5 min drive and 20 min walk to city center. Supermarket is very close also (2 min drive and 10 min walk).

Direkt am Polarkreis gelegen mit Zugang zum Wasser (Kemijoki) wohnst Du im Nebengebäude des Haupthauses in einer 1 Zimmer Wohnung (23 m²) mit eigenem Bad. Die Wohnung ist 12 Fahrminuten vom Flughafen und 7 Minuten vom Zentrum entfernt. Im Sommer kannst Du Dich mit einem Sprung im Fluss Kemijoki erfrischen. Ein Golfplatz ist in der Nähe. Im Winter sind Langlaufloipe und Abfahrpiste nur ein paar Gehminuten entfernt. Die Aussensauna direkt am Fluss kann gegen eine Gebuehr genutzt werden.

Luonnonrauhaa lähellä palveluita

Kodikas mökki omassa rauhassa metsän ympäröimänä vain kymmenen minuutin ajomatkan päässä joulupukin pajakylästä. Kaupungin keskustaankin on vain muutama kilometri. Mökin pihassa on oma tulipaikka, missä voit viettää tunnelmallista iltaa ja nähdä revontulet jos olet onnekas. Kotitieltä yhteys pyörätielle, missä mahdollisuus lenkkeilyyn. Lähettyvillä on myös Santavaaran kuninkaan laavu, jossa suosittelen käymään ihastelemassa upeaa lapin luontoa ja Ounasjokea.

Very beautiful luxurious city apartment in the heart of Rovaniemi city centre. This upperfloor apartment is filled with natural light. Here you can experience your own private finnish sauna, relax and perhaps see the northern lights from the private balcony. Apartment has a large sofa where you can relax while watching Smart TV. Neighbourhood is very safe and quiet. Interior is modern and made with love. The kitchen is perfect for all kinds of homecooks!

Glamping in Aurora Igloo

Experience our unique Aurora igloo. Clamping near the city centre but still next to the forest. See and feel the frost around you but enjoy the warmness of the real fire and down blanket. Enjoy Lapland! We have only one igloo in our garden and it is one of a kind! You may also use the garden around for winter fun activities. We have sledges and shuffles for your use. There is no jacuzzi/hot tub or sauna available in this accommodation I am afraid.
