Ons appartement ligt in het centrum van Deurningen. Het is onderdeel van een gebouw met meerdere appartementen. Vroeger was dit gebouw een Bakkerij met winkel en woonhuis waarnaar het nu is vernoemd. Het appartement is nieuw en volledig duurzaam ingericht en voorzien van alle gemakken. Het appartement is gesitueerd op de 1e en 2e verdieping. Het woonoppervlak is 65m2. Op de tweede verdieping is een loggia waar je fijn buiten kan zitten en genieten van de avondzon. Op verzoek is ontbijt mogelijk.

Buiten op eigen terrein is er een voedselbos en moestuin, lieve dieren en meerdere zitjes waar je heerlijk kunt vertoeven. Binnen is er een fijn bed, snel internet, televisie met veel zenders en er zijn leuke bordspellen.

Voor liefhebbers van een historische woon-atmosfeer: Een ruim maar bovenal sfeervol appartement nabij de Nederlands-Duitse grens. U huurt het gehele appartement en hoeft dus geen ruimtes met anderen te delen. Het pand stamt uit 1895 en is gebouwd als kantoorgebouw van een textielfabriek in Nederlandse handen: ‚Spinnerei Deutschland‘. Ruime gratis parkeergelegenheid voor het gebouw. DATUM BEZET? This modern and newly-refurbished holiday apartment on two levels is located on a dairy farm. The rural area around, adjoining the beautiful spa town (Kurstadt) Bad Bentheim with its wonderful castle, invites you discover its many treasures on bike and hiking tours on many different routes. Still, it is easy to reach many nice destinations in the neighbouring country of Holland as well as in the Westfalian area around Münster with its countless castles and its beautiful landscape.

Wellness badhuis in hartje Borne.

Dit unieke zwembadhuis ligt midden in hartje Borne. Hierbij kunt u genieten van verschillende wellness mogelijkheden. U kunt genieten van uw rust in een bosrijke omgeving. Daarnaast bevindt het centrum van Borne zich op loopafstand. Het zwembadhuis is 500 m2 groot en beschikt over een terras van 250 m2, twee slaapkamers, badkamer, sauna, stoomsauna, zwembad, jacuzzi, regendouche, professionele zonnebank, wasmogelijkheden, keuken, koelkast, ruime woonkamer, gas en houtskoolgrill.

Erve Mollinkwoner

Een tiny-house in een voormalige bierbrouwerij. Gelegen op een kaasboerderij op het landgoed Twickel. Dit kleine huisje is van alle gemakken voorzien, inclusief een volledig uitgeruste keuken. TV en WIFI aanwezig. Ontbijt mogelijk na contact. Het huisje heeft een eigen terras met een omheinde tuin waar je in de rust en stilte kunt genieten van het mooie vrije uitzicht over de weilanden. Ook is er een cobb bbq aanwezig om bij mooi weer buiten een lekkere maaltijd te bereiden.

Het Goede Gemoed; to really rest.

Het Goede Gemoed is located in a very wooded area where you can walk, cycle and recreate to your heart's content. On the grounds of the University of Twente you can enjoy sports. The inner cities of Enschede, Hengelo, Oldenzaal and Borne are within cycling distance of the house. The lovely villages of Delden, Goor, Boekelo are also in the vicinity. Het Goede Gemoed; "Afterwards and yet close". Good cozy restaurants are plentiful and also grabbing a movie is done in no time.

Workation gastenverblijf op 't Stift

Slow down in a natural and historical setting. You'll be staying within the protected village heritage site Het Stift in Twente. Walking and cycling routes start right outside the door. The guest accommodation is part of the main house but is rented out separately. It is suitable for one or two adults. You'll have a private entrance in a separate, enclosed area. Het Stift is a place built on 'old ground'. We look forward to welcoming you!

This is the perfect spot for those seeking rare peace, silence, and unspoiled nature. The Tubbergen and Dinkelland region is well known for its scenic cycling and hiking routes.

Je kunt hier heerlijk vertoeven en even helemaal tot rust komen. Maximaal 4 gasten. Geen huisdieren. Gratis parkeren in de straat. Bushalte op 200 meter, winkels op 500 meter. 2 gratis leenfietsen aanwezig.
