Ti diamo il benvenuto al "The Buck Spur", un cottage completamente ristrutturato su 1,25 acri di terreno tranquillo. Siamo a soli 10 minuti dal centro di Sandpoint e a meno di 30 minuti da Silverwood. Il Buck Spur offre un'atmosfera calda, accogliente e invitante, con un portico anteriore avvolgente, una splendida cucina con piani di lavoro in quarzo ed elettrodomestici in acciaio, internet Starlink e letti comodissimi. Abbiamo una vasca idromassaggio per rilassarti, insieme a un nuovissimo sistema mini split (aria condizionata e riscaldamento) per un soggiorno ultra confortevole!

E non dimenticare le vasche da bagno dopo una lunga giornata di escursioni o sci. Siamo a soli 30 minuti dalla stazione sciistica di Schweitzer e dal Silverwood Theme Park, e a 10 minuti da Sandpoint. Così vicino a tutto... sci, caccia, kayak, escursioni e ottima cucina!

Costruito e arredato con i migliori materiali. Fronte lago. Molo privato. Tranquillo. Barca a motore opzionale in affitto in loco. Come Airbnb legale e autorizzato, siamo limitati a 2 auto e 6 persone all'interno della proprietà. Riceviamo decine di richieste per ospitare matrimoni, che dobbiamo purtroppo rifiutare tutte.

A soli 6 km dal centro e a 5 minuti di auto dalla navetta Schweitzer. Questo intimo monolocale con soppalco è un paradiso per le coppie. Rilassati in un letto matrimoniale, prepara i pasti nell'angolo cottura in granito e goditi una doccia personalizzata con water riscaldato e bidet. Casa accogliente, a 5 minuti dal lago Pend Oreille e a 30 minuti dalla Schweizer Mountain. A 25 minuti dal parco a tema Silverwood. Porta la tua barca o i giocattoli da neve, abbiamo un sacco di spazio per parcheggiare. La casa è completamente arredata. C'è un braciere, dovrai portare la tua legna da ardere. Il nostro quartiere è abbastanza dopo le 22:00. Non sono ammessi camper, salvo diversa autorizzazione del proprietario. Contatta l'host.
