Il cortile privato comprende una piscina nuovissima con vasca idromassaggio e un solarium, nonché una zona pranzo all'aperto e un tavolo da esterno. Goditi una piacevole passeggiata a Siesta Key per giocare in spiaggia o gustare un pasto in uno dei tanti ristoranti. La casa include due biciclette e tutto l'occorrente per una giornata in spiaggia.
