Rødhættes Hus è una casetta situata in una posizione tranquilla e idilliaca sulle rive del torrente Kovad, in una radura nel mezzo della foresta di Rold, con vista sul prato e sul bosco. A pochi passi dal bellissimo lago boschivo di St. Øksø. Il punto di partenza ideale per escursioni a piedi e in mountain bike nella foresta di Rold e sulle colline di Rebild, oppure un rifugio tranquillo nella pace della foresta, da cui si può godere la vita, magari con il volo dei pipistrelli sulla radura, lo scoiattolo che sfreccia su per il tronco dell'albero, un buon libro davanti al caminetto o il calore del fuoco di notte.

Casa estiva appena ristrutturata in mezzo alla natura

La nostra casa estiva è qualcosa di molto speciale. Si trova in una posizione riparata nella tranquilla e pittoresca zona di Kettrup Bjerge a Løkken e dispone di una grande terrazza in legno di 100 m2, perfetta per il relax e le attività all'aperto. La casa vacanze si trova a 700 metri dalla spiaggia e dal Mare del Nord, dove si possono ammirare i tramonti più belli. Spesso si possono vedere cervi e fagiani al mattino e alla sera vicino alla casa. Per serate piacevoli, c'è anche un braciere che può essere utilizzato. Abbiamo ristrutturato la casa in modo che quasi tutto sia nuovo e bello

Accogliente casa vacanze situata proprio nel mezzo del paesaggio di dune nelle pittoresche Kettrup Bjerge a soli 200 m dalla spiaggia. La casa è di vecchia data e ristrutturata internamente nel 2020 e contiene una nuova cucina con lavastoviglie, lavatrice, piano cottura/forno, frigorifero e forno a microonde, sala da pranzo, soggiorno con stufa a legna, tre camere da letto e un bagno. La casa ha una grande terrazza sopraelevata e una terrazza coperta. Il terreno ha una propria duna dove c'è una panchina "nascosta" da cui si può godere della vista sul mare/tramonto.

A soli 200 metri dal Mare del Nord, in alto in mezzo alla duna, troverete questo delizioso gioiello. Un vero cottage con un ottimo uso dello spazio. Qui puoi davvero rilassarti e goderti la splendida natura e il mare. Inizia la giornata sul terrazzo esposto a est con una tazza di caffè, passeggia lungo la spiaggia nell'accogliente Løkken e termina la giornata ammirando il tramonto dal terrazzo in legno esposto a sud. C'è un divano letto, che si trasforma in un bel letto matrimoniale in 2 minuti e in un loft con spazio per due persone.

Recently renovated, the house features a brand-new bathroom that brings serene Japandi wellness to the Danish west coast. High ceilings, panoramic views, a cosy fireplace and Scandinavian interiors. All is handpicked, with many details crafted by local artisans. Close to Løkken, yet a private sanctuary. Designed for pure peace and slow days.

Casa vacanze - a soli 400 m dalla spiaggia

Sommerhus placeret på 2.600 m2 naturgrund hvor du kan sidde ugenert. Naturen er nærmest en del af sommerhuset gennem de store gulv til loft vinduespartier med skydedøre. Fantastisk lys og åbenhed til stuen og køkkenet. Badeværelset ligger i forlængelse af soveværelset. I stuen er der en alkove hvor man kan trække sig tilbage og nyde roen og fungerer som ekstra sengeplads. Endvidere en hems som kan bruges af et barn. Der er 2 nye mountainbikes som må benyttes samt vaske/tørremaskine og brændeovn.

Open kitchen and living room, 3 bedrooms + elevated area with + 2 beds. The house is well-kept with furnishings in traditional Danish cottage style. Electric radiators / wood-burning stove for low-cost heating. Fast wifi 500/500. 5km to supercharger.

“Autentisk 70'er sommerhus tæt på naturen"

Sommerhuset Selma er beliggende midt i et fredet naturområde i Kettrup Bjerge. Her kan man finde roen og komme helt ned i gear. Området er egnet til aktiviteter i naturen, og der findes masser af stier til både cykling og vandring. Huset er opført i 1975, og den oprindelige stil er forsøgt bevaret. Her er ingen luksus, men masser af ro og mulighed for nærvær. I køreafstand fra huset ligger Blokhus og Løkken, som byder på masser af kultur og spisesteder. Hund velkommen, men kun på gulvet 😀

Family friendly, wooden cottage located in one of the most beautiful coastal areas of the Danish Westcoast. The house itself is quite basic, but location is absolutely top for nature lovers: Sea view from the house and its two terraces and a beautiful walk to some of the best beaches in Denmark, only 700 meters walk away via small trails. Local farmers sell fresh vegetables and you can buy fresh fish in one of the small coastal towns nearby. Please note! Pets not allowed due to allergies!
