Come relax for a getaway in our elegant guest loft! Located near the end of a quiet road with lots of wide open fields and beautiful tree lines! Our loft features a cute kitchenette, plenty of closet space, TV(YoutubeTV & Roku), an extremely comfortable bed! The loft is kept very clean and neat and will be stocked with all the essentials. Access to a beautiful 33' above ground pool! We are conveniently located about 5 miles from downtown Abbeville, and only a 10 minute drive to Erskine/Due West!

Campus Cottage

Upstairs two bedroom apartment located in College View area just a short walk across the street to Presbyterian College. Perfect for campus visits, tours, and sporting events. Short driving distance to local restaurants (less than one mile). Unit has two bedrooms (3 twin mattresses available upon request), one full bath, living room, dining room, and kitchen with full fridge, stove, and microwave. Coffee maker provided with coffee, creamer, and sugar during your stay. Plenty of room to relax!

Guests will find a comfortable foam mattress sofa bed (no bars or springs), full bathroom, closet, & complete kitchen amenities. Located less than a mile from restaurants, bars, m-league ball park & shops of Downtown Spartanburg, and close to Converse Univ., VCOM, and Wofford College, this cozy studio cottage is the perfect place to rest your head after a busy day visiting the Upstate.

Private Lakefront Cabin on Lake Greenwood

Get ready to enjoy beautiful lake views from this home! Private lake house right on Lake Greenwood. This recently remodeled guest house has one bedroom with a queen bed, full bath, and a large main room with a huge sectional sofa. Strong WIFI. 50" tv: Roku/Netflix/Hulu equipped. Enjoy 128ft of lakeshore including a fire pit, concrete pier, pergola seating area, beach, swimming area in lake, and putting green. 2 Kayaks available, free to use. 20ft pontoon for rent based on availability.

The Cottage at Old Oaks Farm

Built in the early 1900's, this serene cottage is located approximately one mile from Furman University at the base of Paris Mt. It has been lovingly improved, but the floors are a bit slanted and no corner is exactly square. Located in a neighborhood on a five acre farm, it consists of three large rooms, comfortably furnished and lots of natural light. The cottage is convenient to downtown Greenville(5 miles),Travelers Rest, Furman, and the Swamp Rabbit Trail. No pet fee or cleaning fee.

Restful Refuge

Restful Refuge is a renovated one-bedroom studio apartment that includes a full kitchen and full bath downstairs to our home. For your stay with us you will have a private entrance. We are located just minutes from Downtown Columbia but secluded in a small community on a pond. Our desire is to provide a place to help you unwind & rejuvenate during your time in Columbia. The Lodge at Pythian Park

Situated in a 3+ acre gated compound surrounded on three sides by Fairforest Creek, our guest house feels like a mountain hideaway yet it's only a 3 minute drive to downtown Spartanburg. Enjoy the private patio overlooking the creek to relax or prepare a meal on the gas grill. Dogs are welcome, and we have 2 very social dogs that you will probably encounter during your stay. There's ample parking for vehicles and room to roam and enjoy the park-like setting.

There is a dedicated 2 car parking pad for our guests and excellent lighting from the parking area all the way to the cottage.
