The views from the large, private deck are of the vineyard and the vineyard covered hills beyond. It is a lovely, relaxing place to enjoy a complimentary bottle of wine made from the grapes grown in Montgomery Vineyard. Beautiful Avila Beach is just down the road.

This Isolated, cozy 400 sq.ft. studio on stilts has a queen bed in the bedroom, a small bathroom, a couch that pulls out to a single bed in the living room. High-speed internet with WiFi, Roku-TV streaming, sm. fridge, microwave, toaster oven, electric skillet, coffee + tea pots, private deck, and covered parking. This space resides beneath large Oaks, near a creek and golf course. A 2-night minimum on Friday to Sunday am and a 1-night minimum on Sunday to Friday am.

Tastefully appointed and well stocked, the barn is the perfect getaway for Paso Robles wine country, the Cayucos/Cambria/Morro Bay Coast, San Luis Obispo shopping or exploring the gorgeous Big Sur coastline! Set in a beautiful spot at the lower end of our property under a mature and majestic grove of oak trees with overhead twinkling bistro lights.
