Conveniently located with Sawtell, Bellingen and Urunga all within 15 mins. The local bowling club and cafe are just 3km down the road and North beach only 3.5 km.

The Pouch is a private cottage located on a shared property of 2.5 acres in Moonee beach. It is fully self contained with ample provisions for you to make a nice breakfast. Here you will see many Eastern Grey Kangaroos and beautiful bird life. The bed is very comfortable and all linen is provided. The Pouch is spotlessly clean with quality inclusions. This is a couples retreat only; no children allowed due to the close proximity to the waters edge. Close to shops and cafes.

The Barn is fully self-contained accommodation 20metres away from the main farmhouse. Wildlife abounds on this secluded 140 acre farm. You’ll wake up to the neigh of a horse, or the chatter of the cheeky King Parrots. We hope you like animals! Great place to take a break & breathe in the country air, while still being only 20min off the M1 motorway & 18min to the Grafton CBD. Fold out sofa bed available for additional guests or kiddies. The Beach House is situated in an ideal position just a few steps to beautiful Sawtell beach! You will instantly feel relaxed as you enter the open plan living, dining & kitchen area which opens up to a private deck area Perfect for a couple but can suit a small/young family.
