Si chiamava "Al-Sada", ma ora la maggior parte di loro sono diventati hotel che vengono affittati durante le stagioni Hajj e Umrah a causa della loro vicinanza alla zona centrale dell'Haram Ha tutte le esigenze come alimentari, lavanderia, negozi di souvenir.
