Built in the 1880's, it has a rich history as an original Eden Prairie Homestead, and features a pool, fire pit, tiered fruit and vegetable garden, and five outdoor patios for soaking in the stunning forest views. Creek Ridge Estate is the perfect place for a family vacation, reunion, corporate retreat, or business meeting, with a fully equipped kitchen, plenty of dining spaces, and ample parking.

Rustic Retreat on Prior Lake

Large gently slopped yard perfect for games. 120-foot Beach, firepite, bluestone patio. The beach is NOT for swimming from shore but directly outside the channel is the best part of Prior Lake. Lower Prior Lake has Candy Cove, Cow Bay, and is the larger body of water with depths past 50 feet. Boudin Bay is great for kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing, and is located on the northern most portion of Lower Prior Lake so just outside the channel is great for tubing or swimming.

Carriage House by Peaceful Hay field

This beautiful carriage house is located next to a historic and unique "Chaska Brick" farmhouse. The second floor of the carriage house has an open area with a bed, couch, chairs, table, and a smart TV (no classic TV service but has all the apps to log into). The wet bar has Keurig, microwave, toaster oven, and mini-fridge to keep food cool or warm things up.
