Exclusive use of downstairs home/apartment, includes 3brms, bathroom, kitchen/dining/lounge plus countyard the lovely alfresco, all shown in photos. outside this is a shared yard. We are centerally located within the bustling seaside town of Yanchep between the beach and shops. You can walk to both. You will be welcomed to chill at Misty's. The Yanchep national park is just a short drive away Access to my separate upstairs apartment is from outside through the garage via the outside stairs.

Beach House for Holiday Acommodation

Full house available 3 minute walk to beach, park and shops. 2 separate living areas so two families can stay together but in separate areas, 1 upstairs with views and 1 ground floor. Cafe's and Tavern 3 min walk with amazing sunsets over the ocean. 4wd areas not far away along with Yanchep national park. Great place to stay if going to a function at Yanchep Caves or just relax as everything is at your doorstep. Space to park a small caravan if required and pet friendly(house trained only).

Quaint home and away from home in the Perth northern beach suburb of Padbury, 15 minute drive/train ride to the CBD and 3kms from Hillarys Boat Harbor. Beautiful family home in a lovely garden setting.I also live in the same street as the house should there be any problems. Strictly no pets,no parties and no loud music late at night.Maximum of 4 guests.
