Belle Monte è una splendida casa a 2 piani luminosa su un promontorio che si affaccia su Middle Creek, vicino al fiume Whale Branch a Beaufort, in Carolina del Sud. Ammira splendide albe e ammira i delfini dalla terrazza al piano superiore o dal portico soleggiato. Splendida vista sull'acqua dalla maggior parte della casa. Nuovo molo illuminato in acque profonde, quindi porta la barca! Goditi il nuoto (scala inclusa), il kayak o il paddle boarding. Ottima zona per la pesca e il granchio. Cucina ben attrezzata, caminetto, griglia a gas, portico schermato, tavolo da gioco e altro ancora!

Questa casa mobile appena ristrutturata si trova nel centro di Beaufort, vicino alle spiagge e a meno di 5 minuti di auto da Parris Island, dalla stazione MCAs Air Station e dal bellissimo centro storico di Beaufort. La casa è stata completamente ristrutturata di recente all'interno con nuovi pavimenti, modanature, vernice, nuovi elettrodomestici e bagni in piastrelle. Bellissimo rifugio in cottage sulla costa - casa intera

Cerchi una "pausa dalla realtà"? Abbastanza vicino a ottimi ristoranti e vita notturna, ma abbastanza lontano per godersi il relax al suo meglio! La spiaggia si trova a 25-30 miglia di distanza e ci sono numerose spiagge all'interno di quel raggio, tra cui Hilton Head e Hunting Island. Naturalmente, il cottage si trova proprio di fronte a una bellissima e tranquilla palude costiera. Inoltre, non siamo lontani da Parris Island, se è il momento di festeggiare il tuo speciale Marine! Questo rifugio fluviale tranquillo e privato offre una vista incredibile sulla palude e sul fiume Beaufort. Situato nella famosa Pigeon Point, dista solo pochi minuti in bicicletta o 20 minuti a piedi dal quartiere storico e dal centro di Beaufort.
