The Beach House

The Beach House, West Wittering Beach. An airy, bright home, shares a garden with the main house, sitting directly on the beach. A perfect getaway, an hour and a half from London. It is self-contained and is close to Goodwood, Chichester Theatre, great bike routes, local pubs and, of course, the sea is on your doorstep. Open-plan fully-equipped new kitchen, big comfortable sofa, TV/Wifi, separate shower room. Super king double bed, plus 2 single beds on large mezzanine floor with a sea view.

Fabulous family seaside house

The Sea House is a beautiful, recently refurbished stylish family home with direct access to the beach at Seagrove Bay. It is the perfect place to reconnect with family and friends while watching the boats and paddle boarders floating past. The house sleeps 12 in 5 bedrooms, of which 3 have panoramic sea views of the Solent. The large well equipped kitchen is a delight to cook in, and the kitchen table seats 10 and the dining table seats 12. The large terraced garden has a firepit and a bbq.

Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base. Ground floor 2 bedrooms in this funky old building in the village of Seaview. A minute to the beach and a short walk to the sea front. Small front patio and off street parking. It’s comfy and newly refurbished . Open plan spacious and fully equipped kitchen is great for evening gatherings . Not everything matches but linen and bedding is top quality and the shower is hot and lovely! Your escape to Woodrest starts with a beautiful walk through ancient woodland to a private and secluded meadow. We have two hand built cabins each set in their own acre of meadow. On arrival you will be met with the most stunning views of the Meon Valley. This unique stay allows you to switch off and enjoy the benefits of being on a family run farm, which has footpaths and woodland for you to explore. The South Downs Way is a short hike away, which leads to a wonderful nature reserve.

Stunning Cabin with incredible views near Goodwood

The Cabin replaced our old tumbledown sheds. It is completely separate from the main dwelling and has far reaching views to the South Downs. There is one Super King bed in the main area (which can be separated into two single beds) and in the mezzanine, there are two single beds which can be pushed together to become a double. Goodwood (Racing), Midhurst (Polo), Chichester (theatre), South Downs Way (walking / mountain biking) are all within easy reach.

The Warsash Annex

The unit is a completely self-contained extension of the existing property. It is has been recently built to a high specification, including a very comfy bed. It is located in the heart of Warsash village, walking distance from all amenities. It is ideally suited for a very comfortable, short stay. Wifi is included as are all utility bills. There is a lot of storage space and a private entrance from the driveway where there is space for 1 car to park.

Formerly known as the "shifting house" it was first built in 1898-1899 to accommodate munitions workers changing into the special clothing that they wore when working on magazines.
