The condo has two levels with a small kitchen, living and dining room downstairs and two bedrooms on the second floor. The larger bedroom has a lake view, likewise with the private deck on the first floor (accessible from the living room). This is a quiet condo building and a great place to work from as well.

However once at the cabin, you quickly forget that you are near to these conveniences as the cabin is nice, quiet and nestled into the serene peacefulness of the lake. Not to mention that Acadia National Park is only an hour drive away!

Barker Pond Farm Cabins, built in 2010, feature modern amenities including a full bath and kitchen, outfitted with towels, linens and cookware. Each cabin sleeps 4 people, with a queen sized bedroom and a 2 twin sleeping loft, accessed by a ship's ladder. A screened-in porch is the perfect place to sit and listen to our resident loons. The carriage house is a full one bedroom, full bath, kitchen, eat-in dining area, along with spacious living room complete with a cottage/cabin feel. The new June 2022 remodel decor is quaintly appointed with regional Maine finds and vintage antiques scattered in the professional decor.
