La nostra casa sulla terrazza è immersa in una fiorente comunità di pescatori di Uthandi, senza traffico e con il suono delle onde dall'oceano. Questa terrazza privata è dotata di un'ampia distesa di vista sul mare e di una miriade di piante verdi in vaso tra gli accoglienti mobili in bambù, e la brezza marina ti spazzola i capelli mentre sorseggi un po' di chai. E aspetta, una vista illimitata del cielo per ammirare le stelle. Gli amanti dei libri possono sfogliare le nostre collezioni o ritrovarsi a scrivere in modo creativo.

Four rooms villa , one room has home theatre setup, one room has sofa cum beds which can be used as beds for sleeping, the other two rooms has beds for sleeping. Before booking plz chk room pics for sleeping convenience. No beach direct access, 500m walkable and need to cross one lane. Power cut is not usual even if it goes , max of 30mins will be back, main cable fault or transformer fault on high emergency only it will take max of 2 to 4hrs to rectify. Inverter available for lights n fans.

Cottage in famiglia, ECR, Chennai

Quiet, rustic and serene, the cottage is located on Sea Shell Avenue, a road leading to the beach off the East Coast Road at Akkarai. Our surroundings are very peaceful and green. The beaches unspoilt and perfect for taking long walks and dipping your feet (not recommended for swimming, though). Built in a corner of our property, the cottage is the perfect place to unwind. There is space for parking a single guest vehicle.. We also have in house security.
