Situato proprio di fronte al ben fornito negozio di alimentari locale "Stop and Shop". Guardiano notturno e parcheggio custodito in loco. È disponibile un servizio di lavanderia a un costo aggiuntivo.

Si trova nella strada del villaggio di Cape Maclear, a 20 metri dal lago con una spiaggia privata. Più vicino si trova l'Africa in kayak e i servizi appena fuori dall'alloggio.
