There is 450 ft of lake front & private dock to store your boat/toys, but the dock is not usable Nov 1 to April 1. This 250 sf tiny home has a kitchenette ( sink, microwave and mini fridge) a dining table and dble bed, in one large room. The bathroom includes a shower, toilet. Includes wifi access and a patio.
