This 4* chalet is bright and totally modern, has an open-plan layout on the ground floor and 3 cosy bedrooms upstairs. There is plenty of storage space and a secure garage (ideal for mountain bike storage). And the backyard is perfect for children sledging, learning to ski or playing outdoors. The adults will love the great views and plenty of light and sunshine, even in winter.

Il se situe au pied de la piste cyclable faisant le tour du lac, à 7 min à pied de la plage et restaurants, à 15 min de la vieille ville en vélo, 20 min en voiture du Col de la Forclaz (paradis du parapente) et à 30 min en voiture de la station de ski La Clusaz.

Nous essayons de l’améliorer, le décorer, l’aménager à chacun de nos passages. Il n’est pas parfait mais nous espérons que vous vous y sentirez chez vous et aussi bien que nous.
