We are located 5 minutes from both Luray Caverns and Shenandoah National Park. We are just far enough out of town to enjoy the peacefulness of nature, but close enough for all of the conveniences. You will have the luxury of having your own, SEPARATE ENTRANCE and space for your privacy, but the OWNERS STILL LIVE IN THE HOME. You will hear us and our DOGS walking/moving around our space upstairs. This BASEMENT has 3 beds & 2 bedrooms. There is also a pool (NOT heated) that you are welcome to use.

Enjoy breathtaking mountain and river views right from the deck and screened in porch. Listen to the sound of the river which soothes the soul and nourishes the spirit. We welcome well behaved dogs for an additional $50 fee per stay. Please keep your dog on a leash. Limit of two. Sorry no cats, penalty is $200.

1930 Stone House 'Mini Castle' on 9 private acres near Strasburg Virginia bordering Cedar Creek Battlefield and Belle Grove Plantation National Park. Home was built by Otis Elevator company in 1930 for their daughter. You have nature trails and fire pit, swimming pool (opened April 15th), deer and wildlife too. Short walk to historic Ceder Creek. Full estate is yours to play and relax. No dogs in pool. Pool is open early April to early October usually. Hot tub is ready year round.
