Poiché questa è una parte vecchia della città, devi fare dei passi per raggiungere la casa. Non è disponibile alcun posto auto. Questa posizione permette di raggiungere rapidamente tutte le attrazioni della città, come: la Statua della Georgia Madre, la fortezza di Narikala, il Giardino botanico, Leghvta-Khevi, i bagni sulphur, Shardeni Street con ottimi ristoranti, bar e nightclub.

Appartamento industriale nel centro storico

The industrial apartment, built in 1908, is located in the historic old town of Tbilisi, just a ten-minute stroll from Freedom Square. The decor retains the authentic charm of the old town and adds a modern touch to it. The building next door was being renovated for couple of months, but the work has been finished. We had a temporary problem with the central heating (two heaters were not fully heating up) but we solved it. We also purchased an additional electric heater in case of necessity.

Renovated, high-ceiling, full of light, spacious apartment in the landmark - Hotel de Londres, opened in 1875. The building features breathtaking staircase and is located in the heart of the city, surrounded with parks, museums, Dry Bridge, Presidential Palace, 10 minutes walk to the Old City. High-speed Wifi for remote workers, no ethernet cable, but the Wifi is pretty fast!

The house is old but fully renovated and designed by me. The apartment is bright and comfortable, with a full bathroom (7 sq. m). The apartment offers self check-in. You will receive detailed instructions the day before your arrival, making check-in smooth and easy. I hope you will enjoy your stay.

A real Tbilisi home, full of light and greenery. It is located in one of the best areas of Tbilisi, Mtatsminda, just 260 metres from Rustaveli Avenue, the city’s main street. Museums, restaurants and the main sights are all within easy walking distance. At the same time, the house itself is very quiet and peaceful. High ceilings, four spacious rooms and a private entrance give it the rare feeling of a real home right in the very centre of the city.
