Sitting on top of the world. Located high on the hill this home offers the best views of Gingin and its surrounding areas. Whether you are calling through while exploring the area, have an event you are attending or just want to escape the bright lights of the city and want somewhere comfortable to wind down and relax then this Is the place to be. Featuring 4 generously sized bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, 2 living areas and an ample sized entertaining area out front offering more than enough room for you and your family or two. Bedroom 1 – King Bed Bedroom 2 – King bed Bedroom 3 – loft bed Bedroom 4 – 1 x bunk bed and 1 x loft bed. Ducted reverse cycle air conditioning through out. There is also a penned off area to the back to accommodate your four-legged family member. Dogs outside only-Pet bond applicable. Stay 7 nights and only pay for 6 This property strictly sleeps 8. No Tents, Caravans or Camper Trailers allowed at property. Only suits 4 adults and 4 children as bunk beds not suitable for adults. Check in time is 2 pm unless prior arrangement has been made. No school leavers or under 25 adult groups. Guests are to supply their own sheets and towels. (Sheets for king bed provided) Porta cot and high chair available on request.
