It's in a friendly neighborhood located in the heart of Waterville only five minutes from Colby College, Thomas College (by car) and just a few minutes from downtown Waterville. Everything is very close to our location. There's a Hannafords nearby, Maine General Hospital and many restaurants, schools and stores. We are located on a private dead-end driveway .

Only 15 mins to Augusta, you’ll find restaurants, shops, and quick access to I-95. Portland and Bangor are just over an hour away. Enjoy a smart TV, A/C, propane heat, coffee bar, washer/dryer, and all toiletries provided. A cozy, year-round escape in the heart of Belgrade Lakes.

In the summer we have bicycles to use on the rail trail and kayaks for the Kennebec River. Year round hot tub. Downtown is just a block away where there are numerous restaurants and pubs with live music. Hiking trails & waterfalls nearby.
