Located in the neighbourhood, where all the city life is just a 5-10 minutes walk away and at the same time, it does not feel as city at all as the forest and river walk is just around the corner. It's located 20 min on foot from the Old Town, 15 min from the Central Market .You have all the facilities nearby including gym, grocery store & french boulangerie "Cadets de Gascogne" in 2min walk.

Modern apartment in a historic building from 1912. Riga is considered the Art Nouveau capital of Northern Europe. Here you can not only find many buildings with stunningly beautiful facades, but also live in one of them. The apartment is located 25 minutes walk from the Old Town and a few minutes walk from the famous Kalnciema quarter Public transport stops are right next to the house, which gives a certain noise. Please pay attention for this.
